All our products are printed on demand specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@caffajr.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
• Size Guide & Cancellations: Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order. Each item is produced only after the order is confirmed, so orders cannot usually be changed or cancelled once production has started.
• Consumer Rights: This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
